You can enter how long and from which side they nursed, how many oz of a bottle was eaten, exactly what kind of diaper change there was (including the color and texture, which sounds kinda gross, but is helpful when the pediatrician asks you to explain just what you mean by green and mucousy).

All of that information is then charted so you can see their sleeping and eating (and pooping) patterns, which helps when getting them on a routine. Side note: our daycare gives us a daily communication sheet at the end of each day that includes when our daughter ate (and how much), her sleep schedule for the day, and all of the times that she was changed. I've been entering the feeding and sleeping info into the app and it helped me keep the same routine for her on the weekends.

I also use this app to track anything and everything medical and milestone related for both girls. It's super helpful when either of the girls have been ill. I just track all of the temps and medicine doses so I can easily relay the info to the doctor.

Oh? And you know how frustrating it can be to go for a well visit, have the nurse rattle off all of your kid's growth, and not have anything to write it down on? Now I bring my iPad and enter in their height, weight, and head size and the app tracks all of the percentiles for me on a nice neat graph.

Same with all of the vaccinations. I was terrible about remembering which shots my oldest had gotten and when. It's helped a ton to have them entered in the app (especially when completing paperwork for daycare). And you can email yourself (or anyone else) any of the records that you've entered in the app.

(You can see we don't delay any of our kids' vaccinations.)
There's really nothing I don't love about this app. I definitely don't use all of the functions, like the Mood and Activity ones. I mostly stick to the Medical and Milestone functions to track items for both kids and use the Feed and Sleep ones for my youngest. Most of the doctors we've seen have been pretty impressed when they see everything the app tracks and have appreciated the accuracy of the information I'm able to share when the kids are sick.
For example, our youngest had her 4 month well visit and received 5 vaccines: 2 shots in her legs and 1 oral. The next 2 days she had a low-grade fever, which we tracked and monitored and then 3 days after the vaccinations she ended up with a pretty impressive rash all over her chest and back. Since our pediatrician's office was closed for the day (and the rash had spread), we took her to Urgent Care. It was great being able to quickly pull up which vaccinations she had received (and when) and exactly what her temp had been and when the rash had started. It makes those kinds of hectic visits easier for me because I don't have to worry that I've forgotten any information and I can completely focus on my sick kid.
A+ in my book.
Never tried it. But it seems pretty neat.
